Das Norsk Filminstiutt organisierte zum 8. Mal das EURODOK Festival in Oslo, wo europäische Dokumentarfilme gezeigt wurden. Das Programm war sehr hochstehend, die Filme, die ich sah, überzeugten mich sehr. Abends gab es jeweils gemütliche Abendessen mit den Leuten der Cinemathek und den anwesenden Regisseuren. Die Screenings waren von wunderbarer Qualität und ich denke den kaltblütigen Norwegern hat der Film gut gefallen. Sehr erfreut war ich auch über die vielen Exilschweizer, die sich den Film nicht entgehen lassen wollten. Grossen Dank an dieser Stelle an die Schweizer Botschaft von Norwegen und speziell an Heidi Studer, die diese Reise möglich machten.
Es war ein Ort der Ruhe, der mich auch inspirierte mich mal wieder mit meinem Studium zu befassen und endlich meine Diplomarbeit zu schreiben. Das ist das nächste grosse Projekt. Zwei Filme, die ich sah und gerne weiterempfehlen würde: “Ghosts of Cité de Soleil” - wenn man City of God mag, wird man diesen Dokumentarfilm lieben und “A very british Gangster” - ein Gangster, wie er im Buche steht, der bereit ist sich und sein Leben vor der Kamera zu zeigen, schliesslich ist er der König von Manchester. Am Ende gab es von der Jury für mich eine ÿberaschung: Chrigu gewann ein Diplom, eine sogenannte lobende Erwähnung, vielen Dank.
